Analysis of the Concept of Value. The Labor Theory of Value As Opposed To the Theory of Marginal Utility
Research on the concept of value has always occupied a central place in the development of economic theory. There is a vast body of literature devoted to this question, and today, behind the numerous aspects of the problem, one frequently loses sight of those basic positions that gave rise to theoretical studies. We shall attempt to examine briefly the first, simplest, and most general formulation of the question.
