Analysis of Various Attributes of Ethical HRM in Improving Workplace Productivity and Viability

Staff motivation and retention should be the utmost concern of human resource management. Increasing employee satisfaction at work is one means of achieving this goal. Human resource management practises having evolved from a more traditional to a more modern orientation, emphasising ethical principles such as justice and fairness. In recent years, the importance of human resource managers has increased, specifically in ensuring fairness in employee recruitment and selection and providing adequate resources for training, compensation, and motivating employees to perform effectively. Human resource professionals are tasked with lowering organisational absenteeism and increasing employee commitment, satisfaction, and engagement. Due to new government regulations, companies and their leadership are held to a higher standard of ethics. Integrity, honesty, respect, and appreciation are required character traits for adhering to ethical standards in human resource management. Responsibility and fairness are also essential to successfully implementing ethical standards and go hand-in-hand with ethical behaviour. By adopting these characteristics, businesses can grow and increase their output, which enables them to manage client and customer satisfaction more effectively. The current research project will conduct a literature evaluation on several subjects to find the ethical human resource management approaches that boost production, reputation, and expansion. A comprehensive analysis of various circumstances will choose the execution of these treatments.
