Analysis Quality of Expert Witnesses by the Course of Knowledge Society Challenges

The first mover for analysis presented in this paper is Amendment to Expert Witnesses and Court Interpreters Act preparation in the Czech Republic. The main aim is to study requirements and quality of expert witness activity in the light of demand of efficiency and quality in knowledge society nowadays. Notwithstanding, the rule of law is in force more than forty years with only one amendment nevertheless does not embody elemental items of obsolescence. In accordance with International Valuation Standards the detailed regulations are deputed to particular jurisdiction. Data comes from secondary resources provided by Czech government. Methodology applied concern rudimental scientific principles namely analysis, comparison, synthesis, abduction and observation. The selection of methods and scientific techniques involves implementation of economics analysis of law in a sense of synergicity. The results contain empirical quantitative analysis of expert witnesses in correlation which subject services demand. Further, qualitative evaluation of legal regulations de lege lata in comparison with demand of practice is observed. In fine, the analysis of Amendment to Expert Witnesses and Court Interpreters Act de lege ferenda is executed in comparison with appraisals juridical institute using horizontal and vertical comparison.
