An analysis of the state of interoperability across higher education systems in Europe (synthesis report) : European higher education interoperability framework

The synthesis report is a key reflection point of the European Higher Education Interoperability Framework and presents key findings collected from over 40 European University alliances under the umbrella of the European Digital Education Hub. It provides an overview of the status of European University alliances in interoperability and tracks progress in the creation of virtual learning environments and inter-institutional campuses. The report focuses on eight use cases that correspond to a learner's journey in higher education. These use cases highlight key experiences that require interoperability between higher education institutions. It identifies common approaches, experiences and strategies that address interoperability challenges and offers insights to guide future decisions and policies
