Applying of Prognostic Methods for Medium-Term and Long-Term Periods

Long-term prognosis of macroeconomic and regional (on the level of subjects of Russian Federation) indicators is the most important informational basis for development of housing policy of Russian Federation (including federal target program). Goals of housing policy is connected with forming of accessible housing market corresponding to requirements of energy efficiency, ecology and increasing of accessibility of houses for population of Russian Federation.
