Approaches to the Development of the Concept of Improving the State Land Policy in Russia (Agricultural Land)

This work shows analysis of the existing land policy in respect of agricultural land in relation to the declared goals of land policy. The directions of study: access to land for agriculture, conservation of natural resources, access to loans secured by land to agricultural land for the purpose of development. Identify problems and formulate approaches to the development of the concept of land policy on agricultural land.
