ARTICLES - An Extension of the Theory of Margin: A Framework for Assessing Readiness for Change - This study investigates the relationships of margin in life (MIL) and demographic variables to readiness for change. MIL turns out to have a significant relationship with five subscales related to change. The results suggest strategies to facilitate effective change interventions
