ARTICLES - A Quantitative Needs Assessment Technique for Cross-Cultural Work Adjustment Training - Needs assessment is seldom mentioned in the cross-cultural training literature. This study examined a projective questionnaire technique for determining the cross-cultural needs of expatriate managers. The results showed that the technique can guide in the design of cross-cultural training programs.
