Bachelor in Teacher Technical Education Tracer Study : Input for Course Offering Improvement

One of the goals of the College of Education is to assess the quality of education served to clientele by monitoring the graduates in terms of their employment status, the kind of life enjoyed after graduation. The study aimed to trace the graduates in Bachelor of Teacher Technical Education major in Food Service Management in the College of Education of Bulacan State University with 195 respondents from 2015 to 2018 an input for course offering improvement. A simple descriptive research was used utilizing the questionnaire as the instrument to gather data. The graduate respondents are male, single, whose place of employment is in Bulacan with permanent status, whose nature of employment is service crew and communication as the most acquired skill in college. The relevance of the subject areas according to Licensure Examination for Teachers and Employability were both perceived by graduate respondents to be moderately high. In addition, the respondents rated themselves to be competent with regards to level of competency according to CHED standards for BTTE major in Food Service Management
