BASIC PRINCIPLES OF CONSTRUCTION OF ECONOMIC MECHANISM OF PROGNOSTICATION AND RAPID REACTING ARE ON EVENT OF «OFFENSIVE OF CRISIS»

In the article an author proves that the mechanism of prognostication and rapid reacting is needed on an event «offensive of krizisna», which will be instrumental in the proof functioning of enterprise structures in the period of krizisna. Basic principles over of postoeniya of such mechanism are brought in the article.
