BASIC SCHEMES OF REALIZATION OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP IN SPORTS AND RECREATION

The importance and efficiency of the institute of public and private partnership in solving social tasks facing the state, including the sports sphere was justified. A mechanism of project development of public and private partnership with separation of the main stages of project implementation in the sports sphere was offered: from designing to making a financial model and writing a business plan. The most widespread models and instruments of public and private partnership were considered. The main advantages and legislative applicability of these forms of partnership were investigated. A conceptual scheme of the project formation of public and private partnership was suggested.
