Building a System for Development and Evaluation of Entrepreneurial Skills

Entrepreneurial attitude is perceived as more and more important virtue in contemporary economic and social perspective. In order to develop such an internal characteristic one first has to appropriate necessary knowledge and skills to be successfully applied in further entrepreneurial undertakings. This paper aims to clarify how important entrepreneurial skills are and further goes on to building and developing concrete tools for measurement and evaluation of those skills in the framework of entrepreneurial process
