Ukrainian abstract:У монографії автори зробили спробу викласти неупереджені, максимально позбавлені впливу інформаційно-психологічної боротьби погляди стосовно системних, основоположних рис сучасного воєнного конфлікту на території України. Виявлення таких рис здійснювалось на основі аналізу розвитку регіональної воєнно-політичної обстановки за даними виключно відкритих інформаційних джерел. Період аналізу становить 2012 – 2018 роки. Він охоплює воєнно-політичну обстановку від часу, коли з’явилися перші ознаки зародження конфлікту до часу, коли характер конфлікту відносно стабілізувався. Викладені результати досліджень дозволять читачеві більш детально зрозуміти причини конфлікту, його неординарний, багатогранний, багаторівневий характер і, можливо, зрозуміти, яким чином наблизитись до його вирішення. Аналіз воєнно- політичної обстановки здійснювався із застосуванням авторської технології воєнно- політичного аналізу, викладеної в ряді раніше опублікованих праць.English abstract:In the monograph, the authors made an attempt to present unbiased, maximally deprived of the influence of information and psychological struggle views on the systemic, fundamental features of the modern military conflict in Ukraine. The identification of such features was carried out on the basis of the analysis of the development of the regional military-political situation according to the data of exclusively open information sources. The analysis period is 2012 - 2018. It covers the military-political situation from the time when the first signs of the conflict began to the time when the nature of the conflict has relatively stabilized. The presented research results will allow the reader to understand in more detail the causes of the conflict, its extraordinary, multifaceted, multilevel nature and, perhaps, to understand how to approach its solution. The analysis of the military-political situation was carried out with the use of the author's technology of military-political analysis, based on the methods of artificial intelligence and presented in a number of previously published papers
