ISO Cannot Prove Efficency - Results of a Management Efficiency in Certified Organizations Study (ISO Не Доказва Ефективност - Резултати От Изследване На Качеството На Управление На Сертифицирани Организации) (Bulgarian)

A detailed pilot research of ISO certified organizations in Eastern Europe leads the author to suggest that the process centric management approach does not solve the efficiency and optimization issues which are currently faced by commercial organization. An alternative approach to continual organizational improvement is suggested, based on the Balanced Scorecards methodology to ensure the integrity of all process specific improvement interventions.The paper suggests that it is more appropriate for a company to implement a policy of quality of management, rather than just managing quality
