Challenges over improving the content and procedure for conducting an inventory of natural reserve fund

This paper deals with analysis of the current state of the inventory of natural reserve fund (NRF). Suggestions regarding legislative base improvement and the content and procedure for conducting this inventory as an integral part of the state inventory of natural resources of the country have been proved in this paper.
