Understanding consumers and providing better experiences depend heavily on data. In particular, data engineering may significantly improve the customer experience by understanding their needs, wants, and desires with the help of relevant data embedded in the system. Excellent data are the foundation of any outstanding customer experience. Building systems and infrastructure to gather, process, organize, and manage data at scale is the main goal of data engineering.
