Comparative Analysis: Reengineering of the Managerial System - Value Analysis
The methodology of redesign management system using value analysis was born from the necessity to respond at shifts that appears in the management of the organizations. One of this shifts reefers “proliferation of the systematic approach of the management of organizations” which involves renouncing at the analytical way or even on “slices”. Both of those methodologies, classic and value analysis have similarities and differences. The main difference is the fact that in value analysis the management system it is approached from the view of its functions and not from those who compose it.
