Complexity Science Models of Financing Health and Social Security Fiscal Gaps Based Partly on the Global Electricity Circuit

The main idea of my paper is Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, and private health insurance have far-from-equilibrium cash flows poised to self-organize to degrade well known inflation gradients if hedged in exchange-traded health and retirement futures contracts. The global electricity circuit protects the earth from solar radiation by storing electrical charge and distributing it through thunderstorms and lightning to maintain the integrity of the atmosphere.By analogy, hedging seems to provide similar support for health and retirement. In complexity science simulations with historical data hedging appears to trigger fast economic growth that helps finance global health. World-wide networks of hedging markets may approach sustainable levels of financing global health just as lightning, acting like a battery, protects the earth by redistributing electrical charge when and where needed
