Conception et mise en place d'un outil d'évaluation de la performance environnementale - Le cas des raffineries de la société TOTAL

With the strengthening of corporate social responsibility, the need for an evaluation of the environmental performance exists and appears more and more meaningful for the companies. This research paper presents an experiment implemented within the Total Company about impact on water of the refineries. We first describe the context in which we built an evaluation tool which delivers a synthesis indicator. Then, we explain how this tool, based on Electre Tri, works. Afterwards, we present a "formalized" dialog process which allowed us to implement this tool. As a conclusion, this research paper aims to highlight what it could be considered as an added value of this evaluation tool.
