In the October 1971 edition of Industrial and Commercial Training Tony Matthews, producer of the new BBC series CONFLICT AT WORK, discussed the general scheme for the ten programmes and the philosophy behind them. I have now had a chance to view four of the programmes in film form, the format in which many are likely to see them once the second series of afternoon transmissions has been concluded by the BBC. Some, indeed, might well see them in film form during this period, either in order to fit them in to a more convenient time or as an opportunity to have a follow‐up viewing after one or more of the television transmissions.
