Construction method selection for green building projects to improve environmental sustainability by using an MCDM approach
Environmental pollution is a challenge being faced by construction companies. They attempt to solve these problems in order to improve the environmental sustainability of their green building projects by using different construction methods. However, the selection of the construction method for building projects involves a complex decision-making process. To solve this problem of construction method selection, this investigation presents a Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) approach. The study yields a comprehensive and systematic structure that employs quantitative assessments for priority construction method selection for each green building project and also aids construction companies with regard to their practical application.
