Coordination of Strategic and Tactical Management at an Industrial Enterprise under Uncertainty of Product Demand

The paper presents the methodological approach that designs a production program at enterprises of batch mechanical engineering, instrument making for the current planning period affected by the uncertainty of the demand. Simultaneously, such tactical plans should be coordinated with strategic indicators of business development. This condition can be fulfilled by resolving a problem of stochastic programming. The article provides a simplified solution to this complex issue, which is still closer to corporate planning practices
