COPERT III Computer programme to calculate emissions from road transport

This report is designed in order to help Copert III users to produce in a short time a complete annual national emission data set from road transport (and off road machinery). The manual is divided in several chapters. The different chapters include all information needed to build a complete data set, assuming that the user has no former experience in using Copert III but he is quite familiar with the methodology and the terminology used.
