Current Problems of Social Development and Ways to Resolve Them
The use of "shock" methods of market reform has brought to light extremely acute problems, not only in the economy but also in the social sphere, in the conditions of activity of the entire population. This has created an objective necessity for the reforms to be more socially oriented, for the social priorities and the social "price" of the transition to a market economy to be determined, and for the very concept of its social orientation to be more precisely defined.
