Current Trends in Public Services Delegated Management in Romania

Public services must play a very important part in the local public administration of Romania and of all the other European states, in the light of the significant effects they have on the economic, administrative, social and political sphere. The present paper focuses on emphasizing the need to inculcate administrative law contracts for the management of public services in the administrative practice, in an attempt to highlight the noticeable benefits the bestow on serving the general interest should the administration delegate management to other public or private entities
