Customs Administration, Laws and Procedures in Zimbabwe

Customs procedures have attracted attention of many nowadays, as there is increased trade among nations. Countries have designed laws and procedures as to the treatment of various traded goods. Countries have entered into various trade agreements and some have formed customs unions, just to reduce difficulties in movement of goods from one place to another. This paper discusses the basic customs procedures, customs laws and customs administration. The relevant laws are explored to equip traders and travelers with basic knowledge, expectations in various borders and consequences of not following stipulated customs laws of various countries
