Dampak Program Kemitraan Dan Bina Lingkungan Pt. Perkebunan Nusantara Iii Kebun Rantauprapat Terhadap Pendapatan Dan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu

The objectives of the study included: 1). to describe the concept and Policy of PKBL of PTPN III that had been implemented for the community. 2). to analyze the impact of PKBL PTPN III on income and education of the community 3). to analyze the impact of PKBL PTPN III on the market expansion, vendors and the employment of the community of Labuhanbatu Regency. The data analyze included a descriptive analysis, Compare Mean and Simple Regression Analyze. The study reveal that PTPN III in implementing PKBL program, the target objective is the exepower of local resources, local economy and development of public facilities. The implemented Policy of PKBL had not still streng then community participation the plan, implementation and evaluation of the program and even still not result mutual between the community and PTPN III and the stakeholder still not a (sense of belonging) on the pogram. The income and education of the community before and after the existence of PKBL program is significantly different. The effect of partneship model on the chance of employment was significant or significantly different due to the capital aid for the Mitra Binaan (advocated partnership) successfully improved the local economic growth and automatically produced a wider employment and larger number of workers.
