De la place de l’intuition dans la décision : le cas des équipes médico-sociales des conseils généraux

This research examines the place of intuition in the decision making process. Our research is an action research on pluridisciplinary teams (called EMS) working in five local authorities to allocate “personalized allowance for autonomy” [APA]. The intuition supports a fast decision-making, based on previous knowledge and requiring low-level of attention. But our observations show that intuition in decision-making process can also cause trouble. We open on the possibility to organize individual and collective reflexivity in order to intuitive decisions are beneficial to social action.
