Development of a concept of financial management of integrated corporate structure (ICS) of the engineering industry

The article offers a concept of the mechanism of financial management of ICS, which includes a necessary provision of the process of making managerial decisions and a scheme of its realisation. It substantiates theoretical and methodological, methodical, instrumental and model levels of the concept of financial management of ICS. According to the author, it is expedient to use, at the stage of organisation and performance of functions of financial management by subsystems, IDEF (SADT) model of information flows, at the stage of analysis and assessment, revelation of bottlenecks and development of alternative variants of managerial decisions - optimising linear programming and simulation modelling, decision making and relevant planning of processes of financial management of ICS is offered to be done on the basis of the neuronet model of balanced indicators of financial management of ICS.
