Development of a State System of Economic Security of Insurance Entrepreneurial Structures in Ukraine

The article considers the essence of an economically secure insurance company and identifies external and internal threats to its activity. It proposes and characterises functional elements of the system of security of insurance entrepreneurship in Ukraine: system of early response, risk assessment, norms of domestic legislation, measures of financial recovery, protection of insurers' interests, and anti-fraudulent actions, which are connected with money laundry and insurance fraud. It offers a number of changes in legislation for strengthening economic security of domestic insurance companies, recommendations on active use of the procedure of temporary administration during financial recovery of insurance companies.
