Development of a Technique for Combating Unemployment Based on a Switched-Mode Economies Network Tally

The economy, either in whole or in part, is a policy space of networks, which are installed to better enable people to fulfill their potentials and to realize their aspirations. However, there are gaps in the knowledge for ensuring that this search for a great transition, in terms of the employment of resources, does not spin out of control with unpleasant consequences. This paper presents the switched-mode economies network tally (SENT) as a multi-faceted tool for studying and understanding the reality of the duty cycle in an economy. The method employed involves the use of the principles entrenched in the regenerative receiver, switched-mode power supplies and the market paradigm to underscore the relevance of foresight in employment generation. Furthermore, a case study of the poultry industry in Nigeria was reviewed, and the results were further analyzed and discussed to be indicative that typical cost-benefit functions were suitable for visualizing the SENT scenarios for this industry
