Did Bhagwati Effects Work? A Thinking on China Textile Industry

Since 1986, China's textile has been number one exported product among all exported products of China. In 1992, the total value of China's textile export was 24.63 billions dollars. Did Bhagwati effects work in China textile industry? The author provides a serious thinking on this issue. Based on the investigation of China's textile export, the author finds that three conditions of Bhagwati effects hold in China's textile export industry
