Distribution of qualifications: using BHPS wave one data

This paper summarises the distribution of qualifications in Wave 1 of the BHPS survey both in terms of highest qualification and number of qualifications held. The distributions of qualifications are related to a selected of individual and job characteristics. A distinction is drawn between academic and vocational qualifications.
