Document Image Processing
There is a reluctance among many companies especially in the UK, to invest in Document Image Processing (DIP) systems in spite of the resultant cost benefits which have been well documented. Surveys have shown that the use of DIP has transformed business performance in many areas and there is no end in sight for the potential applications in this new technology.
