This research paper presents a new analytical model to study the evolution of the development process of any country from a global perspective. This new analytical model is called the Domestic Global Development Model (DGD-Model). The DGD-Model is not intended to use a forecasting model in any case. However, its application is not limited to the study of a special group of countries. It is not constrained by issues about the region or countries that are interested in apply DGD-Model. There are four basic phases in the implementation of DGD-Model. The first phase is the design of the multi-input database table. The second phase is the measurement of each Global Development Indices (Xi), which included the Domestic Political Global Development Index (X1), Domestic Social Global Development Index (X2), Domestic Economic Global Development Index (X3) and Domestic Technological Global Development Index (X4). The third phase is the measurement of the Domestic Global Development Area of Coverage (DGD-Area). The last phase is the measurement of Domestic Global Development Stage (DGD-Stage). The indices are used by the DGD-Model is classified in two groups are head-index (measurement of a general or final index) and sub-indices (values are used to build the head-index.)
