Dynamic relationships among GDP, government revenue and expenditure in Brunei : a vector autoregressive model

The author sets out to estimate a VRA (vector autoregressive modell) of the Bruneian GDP and government revenue and expenditure based on data covering the 1965-94 period. The innovation accounting and impulse response functions estimated for both unrestricted and restricted VAR models show that own innovations are overwhelmingly important for expenditure forecasts.
