The Effect of Interest, Learning Style, and Motivation on Student Online Learning Outcomes (Case Study : Office Administration Education Study Program for the 2019 State University of Jakarta)

The researcher conducted this research to know the effect of interest, learning style, and motivation on online learning outcomes for Office Administration Education students in UNJ. The data collection technique used is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires as a research instrument. This study used a sample of 75 respondents from Office Administration Education students batch 2019. Data processing and analysis were carried out using the SPSS version 24 application. The results showed that interest, learning style, and motivation had a positive and significant influence on online learning outcomes for Office Administration Education students
