The Effect of Learning Behavior, Teaching Style of Lecturers, and Emotional Intelligence on the Level of Accounting Understanding on Students of Office Administration Education FE UNJ
This study aims to determine the effect of learning behavior, lecturer's teaching style, and emotional intelligence on the level of understanding of introductory accounting courses either partially or simultaneously on students of UNJ office administration education. The population of this study was office administration education students in 2019. Using the simple random sampling method, a sample of 65 students of UNJ office administration education was obtained.This study uses a survey method by collecting primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability before collecting research data. The test equipment used in this study is the classical assumption test which includes the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. This research was conducted using descriptive analysis methods and statistical methods.The results showed that the variables of learning behavior, the teaching style of lecturers, and emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on the level of understanding of introductory accounting courses. Simultaneously, the variables of learning behavior, lecturer's teaching style, and emotional intelligence have a significant effect on the level of understanding of introductory accounting courses for students of UNJ office administration education
