Effect of HPWS systems: researchers show HPWS has significant impact on innovation and organization performance in West Africa HR organization
Purpose This paper aims to review the latest management developments across the globe and pinpoint practical implications from cutting-edge research and case studies. Design/methodology/approach This briefing is prepared by an independent writer who adds their own impartial comments and places the articles in context. Findings An online survey was distributed to 600 professional staff and a total number of 360 respondents returned the survey at a West Africa HR agency. Results showed HPWS has a significant impact on employee innovation and organization performance in West Africa HR organization. The authors failed to prove a link between HPWS and “employee voice.” But they did show a positive effect of employee voice on employee innovation.
