Effect of Recruitment, Selection, Training, and Placement on Performance of Employee (in Era Industri 4.0)

This research was conducted to determine the influence of recruttment, selection, training, and placement in the performance of employees (in the Industry Era 4.0). In this research researchers involve 200 respondents in the city of Jakarta. This research is done in the term of two months, namely from October to November. This method of research is using Survey method with causal approach. Data collection techniques through literature and questionnaires. Data analysis using SmartPLS version 3 software. PLS (partial least Square) with structural equation analysis (SEM). The results showed that the variable that has a large influence on the Performance of Employee is Recruitment. Meanwhile, the variable that has a low impact on Performance Of Employee is the Placement. Placement which has the lowest coefficient indicates that it does not significantly affect the Performance of Employee
