Enhancing Organizational Sustainability Through Hr Analytics- Examining the Moderating Effect of Organizational Culture

PurposeThis research intends to identify the role of HR analytics in fostering organizational sustainability. The moderating role of organizational culture has also been examined in the research.Design/methodology/approachThe study has been conducted by collecting primary data from 381 HR professionals working at different IT organizations. Organizational sustainability and organizational culture have been measured using 22 items, and 24 items, HR analytic tools have been classified into prescriptive, predictive, and descriptive tools. A structural equation model has been developed.Findings/resultsThe findings reveal that organizational culture has an impact on moderating the relationship between organizational sustainability and the usage of HR analytic tools at IT organizations.Practical implicationA completely unique methodological approach was used in this study. The method's viability and scalability were proven.Originality/ValueBased on the findings, this study develops a conceptual framework for international setting up and suggests future research directions
