Enhancing Resource Management Efficiency With Technology Integration on Educational Research Projects: A Case Study on Moroccan Higher Education Institutions
Integrating technology and allocating resources are paramount considerations for improving the management of research projects in educational settings. This paper addresses the challenges and optimum practices for resource allocation and the application of technological tools in the management of educational research projects, concentrating on Moroccan Higher Education Institutions. Using a case study framework, this paper investigates how Moroccan universities cope with budgetary limits and the available human and technological resources for research projects. This study also assesses the benefits of using project management and data analysis software on working efficiency, teamwork, and communication among research members. This study, bolstered by local and global case studies, outlines the importance of strategic planning, stakeholder mobilization, and risk management in enhancing the research process. The conclusions of the study respond to the debate on how to sustain and impact educational research vis-a-vis resource allocation and technological strategies.
