Entropy and free energy of the spin glass in the random-bond ising model on the square lattice at finite temperatures
The free energy, the energy, and the entropy of the random-Ising mixture with the ferro- and antiferromagnetic bonds, of which the concentrations are 12, are investigated by the cluster variational method in the pair approximation and that in the square approximation. At T = 0, they reproduce the values of these quantities in the previous papers.
