ESTIMATION OF ANNUAL DAMAGES AS A RESULT OF CONTAMINATION OF STOCKY LAYER OF ATMOSPHERE BY MOTOR TRANSPORT ON THE EXAMPLE OF CITY KAM’YANETS-PODIL''SKIY

The estimation of damages to the environment made by the motor transport in the city Kam’yanets'-Podil'skiy was conducted on the example of harmful matter of the second class of danger by dioxide of nitrogen. The method of calculation of contaminants and green house gases into the air made by transport vehicles was used and the instruction about the order of calculation and payment for contamination of natural environment was included.
