Eurosystem collateral policy and framework : monetary dialogue 17 November 2014 : compilation of notes

The notes in this compilation assess and comment on various aspects of the collateral policy and framework of the Eurosystem. In particular, the notes consider the economic implications associated with the current ECB collateral policy for asset allocation and relative asset price developments in a crosscountry perspective. The notes have been requested by the Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs (ECON) of the European Parliament as an input for the November 2014 session of the Monetary Dialogue between the Members of the ECON Committee and the President of the ECB.
