Evaluate the effects of using BIM in improving underground project management processes
Building information modeling (BIM) is one of the tools used in recent years to reduce costs and increase the efficiency of construction projects. Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology is one of the most significant and influential developments in the building industry. BIM is the process of generating and managing information throughout the life cycle of a project, which is used to create greater integration and increase collaboration among teams involved in a construction project. Applying this technology to the construction process can affect the success of the project. But research gaps remain. The purpose of this study was to evaluate and evaluate this technology in underground project management processes through a comprehensive review of research background, questionnaire preparation and interview with experts. The statistical population of this research consisted of 10 experts who are experts in this field. Sampling in this study is non-random and purposive using ANP and results analysis using Super Decisions software. The findings of this study indicate that the application of this technology is of high importance in the five processes of project management and also based on the analysis of results we found that BIM in quality management, human resource management, integration management and cost management are more than other indicators respectively. It has been impressive. Of course, it should be noted that this technology has not yet been used in underground structures in Iran, but its application, like other development projects, can have a significant impact on project development and development
