Evaluation of the European Monitoring Centre on Racism and Xenophobia: final report

The aims of this study are, to provide an evaluation of: · The organisational structure and operations of the EUMC including the extent to which it is meeting its objectives; · Logistic and administrative effectiveness and management methods; · Coherence, relevance and impact of the EUMCu0092s activities as well as a description of any unintended effects; · Progress in setting up and managing the RAXEN information network; · Quality and relevance of the EUMCu0092s activities including its products publications, etc); · Follow-up procedures of the activities it has started; · How far user needs have been identified and met, including user satisfaction with information products and services.
