Evaluation of the Social Efficiency of the Project Complex of the Region by the Method of Equivalent Annuities

The problem of assessing the social efficiency of the project complexes of the region is to develop the necessary methods for evaluating both individual social projects and their portfolios considered within the region. Taking into account that the social effect of any project can be measured in money, it can be calculated using the method of equivalent annuities, which is widely used by various scientific schools to solve the problem of evaluating projects with significantly different implementation periods. To evaluate the portfolio of social projects in the region, one can sum up their equivalent annuities. This approach makes it possible to take into account all annual incomes and costs in assessing the effect of a complex of projects in the region that have separate social effects for the population
