Exploitation of Intellectual Property by Higher Education Facilities in Poland

The paper discusses the legal framework of exploiting intellectual property by Polish higher education facilities. It provides guidelines for the creation of internal legal regulations within a higher education facility (above all within a university), as allowed by the Polish Copyright Act and as elaborated by the national practice. It emphasizes the key perils to be considered and the role of entrepreneurs in the process of generating innovation based on the application of university research. (in Polish)
