Exploring the Influence of Confucian Culture on Green Innovation in China : The Mediating Role of Corporate Social Responsibility

Confucianism has a profound impact on Chinese culture. In such an atmosphere with thousands of years of cultural heritage, Chinese enterprises are deeply influenced by Confucianism in the course of their development. This paper takes China 's industrial listed enterprises from 2011 to 2020 as the research object, and explores the influence of Confucian culture on enterprise green innovation. The study found that Confucian culture promotes corporate social responsibility, and good fulfillment of corporate social responsibility will positively affect the level of green innovation, and corporate social responsibility plays intermediary role in the effect of Confucian culture on green innovation
